Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine almond flour, nutritional yeast, flaxseed meal, psyllium husk powder, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour in the water, Parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped walnuts, and fresh parsley.
  • Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Place the mixture in 1 1/2-inch balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
  • Serve immediately with your preferred keto-friendly tomato sauce.
