Keto Balsamic Tofu Salad Recipe

This Keto Balsamic Tofu Salad is a delicious and healthy way to eat tofu. The crispy baked tofu cubes give the salad a nice texture, while the balsamic dressing adds a tangy flavor. It's an ideal meal for anyone on a keto diet.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
  • Toss tofu cubes in a bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the tofu cubes for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden on the prepared baking sheet.
