Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the pork shoulder, chicken broth, onion, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, keto sweetener, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a Dutch oven.
  • Bake for 3 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
