Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, 1/4 cup sweetener, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Fill a 9-inch springform pan halfway with the mixture.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned.
  • Allow to cool while preparing the filling.
  • Cream the cream cheese and 1 1/4 cup sweetener in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
