Use Keto buns to make a delicious cheeseburger with a low-carb twist. This recipe is ideal for those on a ketogenic diet or looking to cut back on carbs.

  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high.
  • Combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Form the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties.
  • Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side on the grill or skillet, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Allow a slice of cheddar cheese to melt on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  • While the patties are cooking, toast the Keto buns in a separate skillet or toaster.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of mustard on each bun before assembling the burgers.
  • Top each bottom bun with a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and a slice of red onion.
  • Place a cooked cheeseburger patty on each bun, followed by the top bun.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
