Keto Entrecote Steak with Tomato, Eggs and Rosemary Recipe

This keto entrecote steak recipe is a low-carb meal that's also flavorful. Tender steak, juicy tomatoes, and savory eggs are a winning combination.

Time Needed

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side in a skillet heated over high heat.
  • Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes for medium-rare, or until done to preference.
  • While the steaks are cooking, add a drizzle of olive oil to another skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook until the whites of the eggs are set but the yolks are still runny in the skillet.
  • Place the cooked steaks on top of the sliced tomatoes on a serving platter.
  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste, then top with the fried eggs.
