Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove and discard the mushrooms' stems.
  • Set aside the mushroom caps after cleaning them.
  • Cook the ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
  • Remove any excess fat.
  • Combine the Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  • Fill the mushroom caps with the ground beef mixture, gently pressing down.
  • 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
