Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Bake the bacon on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy.
  • Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  • Toast keto bread slices for 5-7 minutes in the oven.
  • Spread the mayonnaise-mustard mixture on one side of each toasted bread slice.
  • Half of the bread slices should be layered with lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread.
  • Serve the sandwiches immediately, cut in half.
