  • Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Fold in the almonds.
  • Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
  • Make small balls of dough and flatten them slightly with your palm.
  • Place the cookies on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving some space between them.
  • 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
